We are looking for a driven and energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in market field sales, preferably within the chocolate, confectionery, or FMCG sector. This person will be responsible for identifying new clients, strengthening relationships with retailers/distributors, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients in the market, including supermarkets, grocery stores, cafés, bakeries, wholesalers, and confectionery shops.
  • Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
  • Carry out promotional activities, sampling, and in-store activation when required.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability across the assigned outlets.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (FMCG or chocolate/confectionery industry preferred).
  • Strong network of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the local market is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Basic knowledge of sales reporting tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7, AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Outdoor Sales : 3 years (Required)
  • FMCG or chocolate/confectionery industry: 2 years (Required)
