Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive

Location: UAE

Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Additional Advantage: Candidates residing nearby preferred

Job Objective

To drive sales growth by expanding the company's market presence across local perfume markets, resellers, and distributors, ensuring consistent coverage, relationship building, and achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

  • Identify and visit local perfume markets, wholesalers, resellers, and distributors.
  • Expand customer base by onboarding new retail and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to analyze trends, competitor activity, and pricing.

Sales & Revenue

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Promote new and existing fragrance products to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-ups for order closures.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate market needs to management.
  • Ensure timely coordination for delivery and payment collection.

Operational

  • Maintain daily sales visit reports and update sales activity in HRMS/CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for stock availability and dispatch.
  • Represent the company professionally in all outdoor meetings and interactions.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license.
  • Outdoor sales experience in perfumes preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets, distributors, and resellers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Presentable, self-motivated, and proactive in market outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
