Job Summary
Boostenx Agency is seeking a highly motivated, fully remote Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in LinkedIn outreach. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, connecting with, and qualifying new business leads through LinkedIn and other digital channels. This individual will use their expertise in social selling, direct messaging, and CRM management to drive agency growth and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target potential clients on LinkedIn using advanced search, intent signals, and relevant communities
- Develop and execute outbound LinkedIn campaigns, including personalized connection requests, messaging, and follow-ups
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on fit, interest, and readiness to move forward
- Manage lead data, campaign status, and conversion reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and handoff qualified leads
- Track and analyze key metrics to refine outreach strategies for higher conversion rates
- Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithms, new features, and best practices for B2B lead generation
- Engage with prospects through cold outreach, commenting, and nurturing activities on LinkedIn and related platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, or B2B business development
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation software
- Able to work independently with a results-focused mindset in a fully remote environment
- Strong research and analytical abilities to qualify and prioritize leads
- Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments is highly desirable
