About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing marketing team.

You'll play a key role in running performance campaigns, managing paid ads, and generating qualified B2B leads across multiple platforms and regions, supporting our marketing goals and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving campaign and lead acquisition goals through paid and organic strategies.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify new audiences, targeting methods, and ad formats to improve lead quality.
  • Research and build prospect databases across industries and regions.
  • Manage CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups to ensure timely response cycles.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize conversion potential.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, ad optimization, and automation tools.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in other digital marketing activities and campaign support as needed.

Requirements:

· 5–7 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

· Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

· Strong understanding of the GCC market and consumer behavior for B2B lead generation.

· Prior experience executing campaigns within the GCC region is essential.

· Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and written) to engage effectively with regional audiences.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and campaign analytics.

· Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
