Job Summary:
FK Tools is seeking a motivated and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in selling to end users within the tools, hardware, construction, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with end users such as contractors, workshops, factories, and industrial clients.
- Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to promote FK Tools' product range.
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, warehouse, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution and timely collections.
- Submit regular sales reports and activity updates.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant outdoor sales experience.
- Mandatory experience dealing directly with end users.
- Prior experience in tools, hardware, construction equipment, industrial supplies, or a related industry is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Immediate joining preferred.
