Job description:

Tomorrow World Real Estate is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative female Marketing and Events Assistant to support our growing marketing operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to both social media management and event coordination, assisting in the execution of impactful campaigns, launches, and broker events.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, strong creative instincts, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop monthly social media calendars aligned with project timelines and marketing goals
  • Write engaging post copies and short video scripts for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Reels
  • Coordinate and assist in lifestyle and property video shoots with agents, brokers, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the videographer and editor to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Support scheduling, posting, and tracking performance across all social platforms

Event Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing events such as project launches, briefings, and open houses
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for logistics, decor, and setup
  • Manage guest lists, invitations, and on-site flow during events
  • Handle pre-event preparation, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting
  • Marketing Support and Administration
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and assist in timely task execution
  • Support the Marketing Manager with reports, documentation, and vendor communication
  • Assist in purchasing, budget tracking, and other operational needs for shoots and events

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or event management
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Basic understanding of video production and social media content creation
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
