About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Approvals Engineer
to manage and coordinate project approvals with relevant Dubai authorities. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of local regulations and approval procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate approvals from local authorities such as
    Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, DCD
    , and others.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
    to ensure timely submission and follow-up on approvals.
  • Liaise with
    clients
    and
    external consultants/designers
    to align project documentation and requirements.
  • Review drawings, documents, and compliance reports before submission to authorities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of local authority guidelines, regulations, and processes.
  • Track and document approval statuses, ensuring project timelines are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Architecture
    or
    Civil Engineering
    (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE Driving License
    (DL) – mandatory.
  • SOE Card
    – mandatory.
  • Minimum
    4–5 years of total experience
    , with at least
    2 years of Dubai experience
    in approvals or authority coordination.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Proven experience handling authority submissions and approvals in Dubai.
  • Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
