About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced G+1 Civil Site Engineer, registered with the Society of Engineers (SOE) in Dubai, to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute all civil works in line with approved structural, architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of works.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review project plans and ensure compliance with building codes, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct quality inspections, maintain site documentation, and prepare progress reports.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor on-site teams to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Dubai Municipality (DM) approval as a Civil Engineer (G+1).
  • Active membership with the Society of Engineers – UAE (SOE) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and UAE building codes.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
