Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Jazirah Al Hamra for an In-House Real Estate Marketing professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as crafting marketing strategies, promoting properties, engaging potential buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. The professional will also work closely with the sales team to support real estate development and facilitate the sale of real property.

Qualifications

Proficient in
social media marketing
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

Knowledge of
real estate portals
(Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, Zillow, etc.)

Strong
content creation
&
copywriting
ability

Experience with
CRM tools
(PropSpace, Salesforce, HubSpot)

Proficient in
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro
or similar tools

Strong understanding of
SEO & Google Analytics

Familiar with
email marketing
platforms (Mailchimp, SendGrid)
