Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Coordinator for our on-site location in Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer communication, addressing their concerns, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, and overseeing timely delivery to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and teams
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to address and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in using relevant industry tools or software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
