Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Chief Operations Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure the organization meets its business and financial goals. Key responsibilities include managing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, budgeting, resource allocation, and collaborating with leadership teams to maintain strategic alignment across departments. The COO will also play a critical role in shaping the company's long-term vision and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic development
  • Extensive expertise in Operations Management with a focus on process efficiency and organizational effectiveness
  • Proven Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability to drive decision-making and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting, including resource allocation and cost management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing teams and building collaboration
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and deliver results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within consulting, finance, or operational management sectors
