Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Dubai. The COO will oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic business plans, managing resources, ensuring financial stability through budgeting and forecasting, analyzing operational performance, and improving processes. The COO will also collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive growth and innovation while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to develop strategies and efficiently run day-to-day business functions.
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting, including the ability to oversee financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess key performance metrics, identify challenges, and formulate data-driven solutions.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability to guide teams, manage diverse operations, and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar executive leadership role is highly desirable.
