- Process payments, manage billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling and managing a busy calendar.
- Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical records.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Preferably an Arabic Speaker
