About role

As we are launching our investment department, we are seeking an entreprenurially minded and highly analytical Investment Analyst to support decision-making across the lifecycle of projects. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong financial modelling skills, a structured mindset, and a genuine interest in project finance. As an Investment Analyst, you will be expected to translate complex data into clear insights, challenge assumptions, and contribute meaningfully to investment committee discussions.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
  • Analyse historical financial statements and forecast future performance under multiple scenarios
  • Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and stress testing to assess downside and upside risks
  • Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitive landscape and trends analysis
  • Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, pitch decks, and internal presentations
  • Assist in due diligence processes, including financial and commercial reviews
  • Analyze KPIs, budgets, and variance reports, as well as conduct periodic valuations and portfolio reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CFA progress is recommended)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, corporate finance, or consulting
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages
