About the Role:

The Naughty Pizza Restaurant Supervisor working directly next to the owner will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role supports the owner himself in operational tasks as well as admin, including stock management, reporting, and team supervision, while maintaining Naughty Pizza vibe and high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Work closely with the kitchen and office team with innovative ideas and improving guest relationship. Must be native italian speaker. Due to our presence in industry this role can be very interesting and can expand to various opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards, ensuring consistent adherence.
• Monitoring and evaluating customer ratings and feedback to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Encouraging and motivating the team to provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Regularly inspecting and replenishing the display area with fresh and visually appealing items.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
• Assist in scheduling staff, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours and special events while optimizing labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing supply orders to maintain sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, provide feedback, and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new menu items, promotional offers, and sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
• Working closely side by side with owner and his team
• Coordinate with owner for events, exhibitions, popups

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
• Must be Italian native speaker
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage a team and oversee restaurant operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in a restaurant environment.
• Proficient computer skills for point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and scheduling software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
