Overview of the role:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will support Sales and Aftersales teams by providing technical expertise, conducting site visits, resolving customer issues, and contributing to product improvements. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project execution

What you will do:

• Provide timely and accurate technical support to the Sales and Aftersales teams.
• Conduct on-site visits with customers alongside sales teams to assess and recommend technical solutions.
• Evaluate the feasibility of customer requirements, ensuring compatibility and adherence to safety standards.
• Support the resolution of post-delivery issues in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the launch of new projects and products.
• Submit technical reports to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with manufacturers and vendors to resolve field issues and drive product improvements

What equips you for the role:

• Emiratization with a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 0-2 years of technical experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Customer-focused with an analytical mindset
• Team player with good planning and organization skills
• Confident, assertive, and proactive
