Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced PRO, HR & Emiratization Officer to manage government relations, HR operations, and Emiratization compliance. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in UAE labour law, Mainland and Free Zone regulations, Emiratization requirements for skilled workers, and GPSAA onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work from our DIP location.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations Officer (PRO):
- Handle all government-related transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other relevant authorities.
- Manage visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical insurance, and residency renewals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and immigration regulations.
- Liaise with Mainland and Free Zone authorities regarding trade licenses, permits, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation and government submissions.
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.
Emiratization & GPSSA:
- Implement and manage Emiratization programs in line with UAE government requirements.
- Handle GPSSA registration, onboarding, offboarding, and monthly contributions for Emirati employees.
- Ensure compliance with skilled worker Emiratization quotas and reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities on Emiratization audits and inspections.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in PRO, HR, and Emiratization roles within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone trade licensing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Emiratization for skilled workers and GPSSA processes.
- In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Dubai Investment Park (DIP) location.
