Arfeen Real Estate is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing real estate team in Ajman. We are looking for a strong leader who can inspire a team, deliver consistent sales results, and contribute to the company's continued success in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day sales activities, ensuring targets and performance goals are achieved
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand revenue and client base
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of Property Consultants for maximum results
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners
  • Analyze market developments, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
  • Represent Arfeen Real Estate at networking events, property exhibitions, and project launches

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage, guide, and grow a sales team of 5 or more members
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
