Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of real estate agents focused on secondary market sales.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement strategies for growth.
  • Promote a professional, driven, and collaborative team environment.

Deal-Breaker Criteria (Must-Haves)

Applicants who don't meet these criteria will not be considered:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in secondary real estate market (preferrably in Ajman market)
  • Proven track record in closing property deals.
  • Fluent in English (additional language preferred).
  • UAE driving license.
  • IT Friendly

  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
