Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close deals effectively.
  • Specialized in secondary market sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Use the company's CRM to manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on the Ajman real estate market trends and property listings.

Deal-Breaker Criteria (Must-Haves)

Applicants who don't meet these criteria will not be considered:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in secondary real estate market (preferrably in Ajman market)
  • Proven track record in closing property deals.
  • Fluent in English (additional language preferred).
  • UAE driving license.
  • IT Friendly

  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
