Key Responsibilities:

Develop New Sales Leads and Expand Network

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain a broad network of industry contacts, including operators, brokers, and key decision-makers.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships

  • Foster long-term partnerships with charter clients and industry stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and reputation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Assess Client Needs and Deliver Tailored Solutions

  • Analyze client requirements to propose customized charter solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Leverage opportunities to cross-sell and upsell other UAS services, maximizing client value.

Manage Charter Flight Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of charter flights, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, operators, and internal teams.
  • Handle scheduling, contract negotiation, and post-flight formalities with precision.

Account Management and Support

  • Develop, manage, and grow client accounts to ensure repeat business and sustained revenue streams.
  • Provide 24/7 support to clients and operators to ensure uninterrupted service and operational excellence.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales strategies.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks in the charter market.

Brand Representation and Marketing Support

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for UAS, actively supporting marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Timely and Efficient Charter Requests Handling

  • Respond promptly to charter requests, utilizing all available resources to offer the best and most cost-effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years' proven experience in Charter Sales or a closely related field within the aviation industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Aviation, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation industry dynamics and charter flight operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Existing client database and a verifiable track record of generating new business and increasing revenue.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to provide 24/7 support when necessary.
