Role Description

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering projects, planning and managing project timelines, and ensuring the completion of projects to the highest quality standards. The role includes close collaboration with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project management throughout each phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Support the design, assembly, and integration of 3D printing systems, prototypes, and related fabrication processes.
  • Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Technicians, Production, and Management) to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to avoid delays or quality issues.
  • Participate in hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of 3D printing equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Manage procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers for materials and technical components.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for process improvements, cost efficiency, and production quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
    (or related field).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in
    3D printing, or Innovative technology
    environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Experience with project coordination, production planning, or technical supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
