About the Position

Our newly established construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in structural/concrete works, quantity take-off, progress payments, and tender documentation. The candidate will manage site operations and ensure full compliance with technical, financial, and scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee daily coordination of structural and concrete works on site


• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, progress payments (IPC), and cost reports


• Review and validate subcontractor progress and site documentation


• Prepare tender proposals for public and private sector projects


• Submit official tender documents to government authorities and public institutions


• Monitor technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications


• Follow up project schedule, work program, and quality requirements


• Provide practical solutions to on-site technical issues


• Report regularly to the Project Manager


• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and site regulations

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering


• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai or GCC region


• Strong experience in structural/concrete works and site execution


• Advanced knowledge in quantity measurement, BOQ preparation, progress payments, and tender documentation


• Experience with government authority procedures is an advantage


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project


• Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus)


• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
