Graduate Executive Search Consultant
. This position is a sales and business development focused role and you will be working towards sales targets and responsible for developing your own client relationships and seeking senior-level talent globally. We require confident, resilient, competitive, down-to-earth individuals who can add value to JBAndrews and help us reach the next level

What will be your responsibilities?

• Full
  360 degree executive recruitment
  role working with clients and candidates owning end to end senior management recruitment processes
• Specialising in a niche industry sector
  in one of our core markets globally
• Developing n
  ew business with clients
  and fostering key customer relationships
• Headhunting
  top industry talent into high-level vacancies
• Consulting
  with clients to make the decisions when it comes to hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes
• Technology-based
  work with Telephone, Video, Email and Face-to-Face interaction with candidates and clients as you build your long-term relationships
• Working
  autonomously
  and
  independently
  as well as within a team and growing your industry as if it was its own business unit

What are the requirements?

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is not necessary, but is preferred
