Executive Search Consultant – Principal Consultant

We are building an Exciting search business that is based in Dubai that delivers exceptional talent to global firms.

Experience of place candidates in salaries over $300k is an absolute must have. Strong base salaries and bonuses on offer - 40% commission bracket and end of year bonus's to top performers.

Overview:

We are building out our Exec Search division in Dubai which has a focus on finance industries and the various skillsets within them.

This is an opportunity for somebody to move to Dubai and still own their market in which they have built their name, whether thats UK, Europe, Asia or US but want to be based in Dubai.

We are very open to markets, whether that's technology, legal, finance or trading but require people to be at Senior Consultant level & above - people who can BD and Deliver Profiles, full 360.

We are looking for
serious A-Players
– Principal Consultants who have consistently billed strong numbers and achieve a
£400k+
year atleast once. This will suit people who thrive on autonomy, and want to be part of building something massive.

The team is already growing and have huge plans to build a world leading search firm, flat structure and grown up environment with minimal KPI's.

If you bring a new verticle to the business you will be empowered to grow that verticle and become the head of - will reports and revenue cuts under you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You have complete autonomy over geography - focus on any market any verticle in the world.
  • Leverage existing relationships to build out the practice with immediate traction.
  • Full autonomy over your desk – no micro-management, just support and strategic guidance when needed.
  • Have a significant opportunity in growing a team and becoming "Head of" a verticle.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of experience
    in recruitment, with a proven billing track record of achieving
    £400k+ annually
    .
  • Principal Consultant mindset – someone who wants to
    bill big
    and drive revenue, not manage initially.
  • Strong relationships
    within your sector that would move with you.
  • Ambition to be part of a growth story, taking a business from the ground up to 50 people and beyond - with opportunities to open up new offices globally.
  • Geographical Flexibility:
    Based in
    Dubai
    (This is our global Exec Search hub).
  • Hold themselves to World-class standards – we are only hiring the best for this build-out.
  • Carry excellent people skills and social awareness.

  • Market-leading compensation
    with no ceiling – if you're smashing billings, you'll be rewarded accordingly. Top threshold is 40% Commission with end of year discretional bonus also applied to top performers.

(E.g £400k billings = £150k inc base salary without end of year bonus on top of that -Tax-free in Dubai*)
