Role: Business Development Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will focus on client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships, using their recruitment and 360° consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, engage, and onboard new clients across assigned industries and geographies.


• Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market mapping, and proactive outreach.


• Pitch Antal's recruitment and talent solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close business opportunities.


• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their hiring needs, workforce challenges, and growth plans.


• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.


• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement and service delivery.


• Leverage recruitment expertise to advise clients on talent availability, market trends, and salary benchmarks.


• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.


• Support candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations when required.

Must Have:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.


• 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in business development, sales, or 360 recruitment.


• Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients within recruitment or professional services.


• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fastpaced environment.
