Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Attendant will assist customers by providing information about available vehicles, promotions, and rental options. They will handle inquiries, process bookings, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the showroom is organized and vehicles are presented in top condition.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing bookings and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of the automotive rental industry or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales/marketing are a plus.
