Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, providing personalized property consultations, coordinating property viewings, and achieving sales targets. Key duties also include maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market trends, property regulations, and best practices to deliver superior service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse clientele and provide excellent client support.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and relationship management to drive property transactions and achieve sales goals.
  • Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures to guide clients and ensure informed decisions in property transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct property Training and presentations to educate potential buyers on available options.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred), along with a professional demeanor and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
