Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive at Leom Mortgage Broker, based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, aggressive Cold Calling. Tasks also include staying updated on market trends, collaborating with financial institutions to provide clients with the best loan options, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of UAE mortgage products, real estate market dynamics, and financial processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships and collaborate with banking partners
  • Ability to analyze client needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in real estate, mortgage brokerage, or financial services is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
