Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Abu Dhabi for an Asset Officer. The Asset Officer will oversee and manage company assets, ensuring their optimal utilization and maintenance. Responsibilities include monitoring asset records, conducting periodic audits, coordinating with other departments for asset-related needs, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing detailed reports on asset performance. The Asset Officer will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and longevity of company resources.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in asset management, inventory management, and record-keeping
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports, as well as proficiency in data analysis software
  • Understanding of maintenance scheduling, resource planning, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience in asset management in the construction or transportation industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized asset management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
