Qualifications and Experience:

· BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years UAE experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct inspections of civil construction site to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.

· Ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method of statements.

· Monitoring and reporting on the contractor's activities on site with respect to technical and contractual compliance.

· Make sure that the entire safety rules related to construction work are observed.

· Issuing letters, Site Instructions, NCR and Minutes of Meeting.

· Review & certifying the Contractors monthly progress payments.

· Prepares weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.

· Provides written reports on engineering activities as required by higher management.

· Review and approval of shop drawings, materials and equipment, mockups and samples, and other engineering submissions.

· Review and approval of as-built drawings guarantee, warranties maintenance manuals, spare parts and close-out reports.

· Assist the Client in settling and disputes between the client and contractors.
