Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer position located in Ajman. The role involves designing and analyzing structural systems, preparing detailed engineering drawings and reports, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver robust and innovative engineering solutions. The Structural Engineer will also be responsible for conducting site visits, supervising construction phases, and assessing structural integrity and safety.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, load analysis, and material properties
  • Proficiency in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and standards
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Professional Engineering License or eligibility for certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, especially in the construction or modular building sectors
