Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Luqaimat and Karak Maker to prepare and serve authentic Karak tea and other hot beverages. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in making Karak, strong knowledge of tea blends, and the ability to deliver consistent taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve Karak tea, milk tea, and other hot beverages as per recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and utensils.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
  • Handle cash or POS transactions if required.
  • Monitor stock of tea, milk, sugar, spices, and other ingredients; report shortages in advance.
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Karak Maker or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Knowledge of different tea blends, spices, and preparation methods.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of operating tea machines/equipment.
  • Experience in a café, cafeteria, or tea shop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
