Key Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions across Abu Dhabi.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and guide clients through the full transaction process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings and close deals efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are an advantage.
