We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our fit-out projects team. The ideal candidate will manage all quantity surveying aspects for MEP works, including cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects.
  • Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP works.
  • Manage tendering process: prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend suppliers/contractors.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare interim valuations, progress reports, and final accounts for MEP contracts.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve cost-related issues.
  • Conduct risk analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a QS in MEP projects, preferably in fit-out or building services projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their cost estimation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant QS software (e.g., CostX, Primavera, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.

Pay: AED10, AED17,000.00 per month
