About the Role

We are hiring Property Consultants (Secondary) with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market, handling resale and leasing transactions across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle resale and leasing transactions in the secondary market
  • Generate leads and build a strong client and owner portfolio
  • Manage, update, and promote property listings across major portals
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
  • Maintain long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, and tenants
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and demand areas
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in UAE secondary market real estate
  • Strong background in resale and leasing (residential & commercial)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
  • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate laws & RERA regulations
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, and target-driven
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  • Multilingual candidates are an advantage
