Job Summary:

A Property Consultant is responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties. This role involves advising clients on market conditions, conducting property evaluations, managing listings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The consultant needs to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and property laws to provide informed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation:
  • Meet with clients to assess their property needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Offer expert advice on available properties, market trends, and pricing.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, property values, and industry developments.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to assist clients in determining competitive pricing for buying or selling properties.
  • Stay informed on local property laws, regulations, and zoning requirements.
  • Property Tours & Inspections:
  • Arrange and lead property viewings for prospective buyers or renters.
  • Advise clients on property features, conditions, and potential for future value.
  • Conduct or coordinate property inspections as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and provide post-sale/rental support.
  • Develop a strong network of contacts, including other real estate agents, lenders, and legal professionals.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
  • Participate in developing marketing strategies for property listings, including online and offline advertising.
  • Attend property exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events to promote listings and grow networks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and market conditions.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Frequent travel within the designated property areas.
  • A mix of office and field work.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of properties sold, leased, or rented.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
  • Revenue generated through property deals.
  • Timeliness and accuracy in handling transactions and client requests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1, AED5,000.00 per month
