Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Property Consultant. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing expert real estate consultation, and delivering top-tier customer service. Daily tasks will encompass property market research, assisting clients to buy, sell, or lease properties, and achieving sales targets by identifying client needs and matching them with suitable properties. The Property Consultant will also keep abreast of market trends and ensure seamless communication throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Consulting and Real Estate practices, with a solid understanding of the property market
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
  • Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive environment
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced market
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and knowledge of the Dubai property landscape are preferred
