Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and pricing records across all projects and CRM systems.
- Verify pricing, discounts, payment plans, and unit details before contract issuance.
- Coordinate sales bookings, validate documents, and issue URCs and SPAs.
- Track booking deposits, cancellations, and defaults in line with company policy.
- Maintain organized digital records of contracts and ensure confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with authorities requirements.
- Prepare basic booking and contract status reports and attend weekly meetings.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Relations to ensure smooth workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience within UAE real estate industry.
- Strong attention to detail and document control skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is an advantage.
