Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory and pricing records across all projects and CRM systems.
  • Verify pricing, discounts, payment plans, and unit details before contract issuance.
  • Coordinate sales bookings, validate documents, and issue URCs and SPAs.
  • Track booking deposits, cancellations, and defaults in line with company policy.
  • Maintain organized digital records of contracts and ensure confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with authorities requirements.
  • Prepare basic booking and contract status reports and attend weekly meetings.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Client Relations to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and document control skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is an advantage.
