We are looking for a responsible and student-focused Admin cum Admission Officer who can
join immediately

. The candidate will handle administrative duties along with managing student admissions and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle student and parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails)
  • Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures
  • Manage the end-to-end admission process, including documentation
  • Maintain student records, files, and admission databases
  • Handle daily office administration and coordination tasks
  • Prepare admission reports, follow-up lists, and MIS
  • Coordinate with faculty and management for admission-related matters
  • Ensure smooth communication between students and the institution

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and student-friendly approach
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
  • Immediate joiner preferred

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience:

  • 2–4 years in administration, admissions, or student support
