Job Summary:

The Finance Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and foreign payments. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with company policies, and timely processing of transactions to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoices, and expense verification.
  • Process and manage foreign and local payments, including vendor remittances and intercompany transfers.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely settlement and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with banks for payment processing, foreign exchange transactions, and fund transfers.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
  • Liaise with auditors and provide required financial data during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in foreign payments and bank reconciliation
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Experience in handling international transactions and reconciliations preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis
