Key Responsibility

Global Institutional Governance Framework Construction and Strategic Planning

  • Establish and continuously optimize the Group's global institutional governance and management framework. Develop cross-country and cross-regional governance standards, processes, and norms to ensure systematic, unified, and strategically aligned development of institutional systems across global operations.

Leadership in Global Institutional Implementation and Regional Adaptation

  • Oversee the formulation, review, and optimization of localized institutional systems by overseas regional and business units in accordance with the Group's governance framework. Ensure alignment between regional systems and the Group's overall strategic direction while maintaining compliance with local legal and operational requirements.

Global Institutional Execution Monitoring and Closed-Loop Management

  • Lead the development of a global institutional execution monitoring mechanism. Organize cross-regional audits, inspections, and evaluations to identify systemic risks and drive corrective actions to ensure a closed-loop governance process of "inspection–feedback–improvement."

Institutional Culture Building and Global Promotion & Empowerment

  • Lead the establishment of a global institutional culture, and design multi-level, multi-language institutional communication and training programs. Develop professional interpretation and learning materials to enhance employees' understanding of institutional policies, governance standards, and compliance requirements worldwide.

Institutional Compliance Risk Control and Legal Collaboration Support

  • Drive the institutional compliance review mechanism to ensure global institutional content aligns with relevant laws, regulations, and internal control standards. Collaborate closely with legal and risk control departments to establish compliance risk assessment and early-warning systems, ensuring governance integrity and operational safety.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Management, Human Resources, Auditing, or related fields. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multinational or global organizations.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate system management, compliance, internal control, or institutional governance. Proven track record in leading or contributing to cross-regional or cross-departmental system integration and process optimization initiatives.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing institutional governance documents in both Chinese and English. Must be capable of independently developing and communicating bilingual policy materials across cultural contexts.

Analytical and Governance Capabilities:

  • Strong systemic diagnosis and process improvement skills; able to identify governance risks and inefficiencies, and lead the establishment of closed-loop management and best practice sharing mechanisms across global entities.

Compliance and Legal Understanding:

  • Solid grasp of corporate governance, risk control, and compliance management systems, including familiarity with laws and regulations such as the Company Law and the Labor Contract Law. Able to translate external compliance requirements into internal governance frameworks and ensure continuous alignment.

Cross-Cultural and Communication Competence:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a global, multicultural environment. Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders toward common governance and policy objectives.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese or Arabic will be an advantage.
