Ensure audit-ready books consistently throughout the year.

2. Financial Reporting & MIS Coordination

Execute monthly closing for multiple companies.

Prepare budgets and forecasts with CFO/MIS team.

Conduct Budget vs Actual variance analysis.

Provide insights to MIS for profitability reporting.

Share financial data with MIS within agreed timelines.

3. Audit, Compliance & Taxation

Maintain monthly audit readiness and support year-end consolidation.

Coordinate with internal & external auditors.

Manage UAE VAT filings, reconciliations, and compliance.

Maintain strong working knowledge of Corporate Tax requirements.

4. Treasury & Fund Management

Monitor weekly fund requirements and upcoming expenses.

Analyze cash flow for liquidity and allocation planning.

Align investment/trading payouts with bank balances.

Manage corporate card expense platform:

Top-ups

Supporting documents

Non-compliance checks

Chargebacks where required

5. Investment & Trading Accounting

Record investment, trading, and hedging transactions across markets.

Reconcile broker statements with books and bank accounts.

Ensure accurate recognition of gains, losses, charges, MTM, and adjustments.

6. Process Standardization & Internal Controls

Develop and implement SOPs across Accounts & Finance.

Strengthen internal controls to reduce errors and inefficiencies.

Support ERP migration from Tally, including data preparation and transition.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with HR, MIS, Admin, Operations, and Promoter Office for data and approvals.

Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of finance-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Qualifications
  • CA / CPA / ACCA with 5+ years relevant experience

    OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance with 8+ years experience
2. Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience (mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to multi-entity accounting
  • Experience in family office finance or similar investment-driven setups (preferred)
  • Experience in investment, trading, and hedging accounting
  • Prior involvement in month-end closing, audits, MIS reporting, and fund management
3. Technical Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivots, lookups, reconciliation logic)
  • Experience with Tally
  • Exposure to ERP migration or implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of:

    Budgeting & forecasting

    Liquidity & fund management

    Internal controls

    Compliance & audit readiness
