Operations Manager – Residential Real Estate Start-Up - Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 18,000

About Us:

We are an ambitious and fast-growing residential real estate start-up based in the UK and expanding into Dubai, specialising in sales and lettings across some of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods. As we expand, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and pragmatic Operations Manager to help build the foundations of a first-class real estate business.

The Role:

The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving efficiency, implementing systems, and supporting the director in developing the business. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up environment, enjoys building structure, and has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations for sales, lettings, administration, and marketing.
  • Develop and implement operational systems, policies, and procedures to deliver efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office administration, compliance, supplier relationships, and facilities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as the business grows.
  • Manage the CRM and property management systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.
  • Track business performance and prepare reports for the Director.
  • Responsible for compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and company regulations.
  • Liaising with external partners such as legal, accounting, and marketing agencies.
  • Support start up projects, including business expansion and process automation initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or office management role, ideally within the real estate industry.
  • Detailed understanding of Dubai's real estate market and regulatory framework (RERA/DLD knowledge desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with property software is an advantage).
  • Financial awareness and experience managing budgets.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
