Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and systematic Junior Legal and Administrative Employee to support our operations in the UAE. The candidate should be highly organized with a foundational understanding of corporate compliance and a desire to build a career in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Corporate & Legal Compliance: assist with filing, tracking, and renewing corporate licenses, permits, and trade registrations across various UAE jurisdictions.
  2. Documentation Management: maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, powers of attorney, and corporate records.
  3. Administrative Support: manage correspondence, scheduling, and general office administration related to legal and operational matters.
  4. External Liaison: coordinate with government entities, PROs (Public Relations Officers), external counsel, and third-party administrators.
  5. Help standardize and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency in our legal and compliance workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Degree in law 

  2. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, paralegal, or compliance role, preferably in the UAE.

3.Familiarity with UAE corporate requirements (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, DED/economic departments).

4.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

5.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

6.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
