Role Summary

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of our partner-driven growth channel. You will be the architect of our affiliate program, from initial strategy and formalization to aggressive outreach, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. A key part of your role will also be cultivating strong, long-term relationships with a diverse portfolio of influencers to generate high-quality content and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Affiliate Program Development & Aggressive Outreach (The Core Focus)

  • Formalize the Department: Define and implement the processes, commission structures, and guidelines necessary to formally establish and scale the Influencer & Affiliate marketing department.
  • Aggressive Partner Sourcing: Execute a high-volume, targeted outreach program to identify, recruit, negotiate with, and onboard high-quality affiliates and publishers who align with the SQUATWOLF brand and audience.
  • Onboarding & Management: Oversee the entire affiliate onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary assets, tracking codes, and support to launch campaigns successfully.
  • Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor affiliate performance, identify underperforming partners, and implement strategies (e.g., tier based incentives) to maximize revenue and ROI from the channel.

2. Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Relationship Nurturing: Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliates, maintaining excellent, proactive relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and brand advocacy.
  • Content Collaboration: Brief and manage influencers to ensure the creation of compelling, on-brand content that drives engagement and sales.
  • Contract Management: Manage gifting, paid collaborations, and ongoing contracts with key influencers.

3. Commercial Analysis & Reporting

  • Revenue Accountability: Directly own the revenue and commercial success of the Influencer & Affiliate channel.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sign-ups, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and overall channel ROI.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel and reporting tools to model potential partnerships, forecast revenue, and present clear performance insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) managing and aggressively scaling an affiliate or partner marketing program, preferably in e-commerce or fashion/fitness apparel.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills; a natural relationship builder. Arabic is a must for this role.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical aptitude and comfort with financial modelling and data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
  • Mindset: A highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, affiliate tracking technologies, and industry best practices.
