Senior Affiliate Manager - Dubai

Are you an affiliate marketing leader with a proven track record in
FinTech, trading, or FX
?

This is a rare opportunity to
build and scale a global affiliate programme from the ground up
with a fast-growing international business.

The role is
based in Dubai
. For those already in the UAE, fantastic. For those not currently based in Dubai, the company will provide
full visa sponsorship and support with all required paperwork
.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and launching
    a best-in-class global affiliate programme
  • Driving
    affiliate partner acquisition
    , bringing on top-performing affiliates from strategic regions worldwide
  • Negotiating
    competitive deals and commission structures
    to maximise revenue impact
  • Monitoring and optimising affiliate performance using data and analytics
  • Collaborating with
    compliance, product, and tech
    to ensure seamless programme integration
  • Providing
    insightful reporting
    on growth, ROI, and performance to senior stakeholders
  • Identifying
    new opportunities and innovative ways
    to scale the affiliate channel

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience
    in affiliate programme management, within
    FX, CFDs, or financial services
  • Proven success in
    scaling affiliate programmes and hitting ambitious KPIs
  • Strong
    commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Expertise with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, Cellxpert) and analytics tools
  • Exceptional
    relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with
    compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements
    in financial services
  • Bonus: an existing network of affiliates or IBs, multilingual capability, and experience running multi-regional campaigns
