Efzin Group is a dynamic and vibrant establishment offering exceptional food and service in an inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the restaurant industry, excellent sales and communication skills, and a passion for planning and executing memorable events.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist to Sales manager to manage and oversee the planning of private events, such as weddings, corporate meetings, parties, and special events.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event vision, requirements, and budget, ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure event logistics, catering, and service meet clients' expectations.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively generate new business and increase event bookings by identifying leads, making sales calls, and attending networking events.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all client needs and requests are addressed promptly.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise during the planning or event execution phases.

Team Collaboration & Event Execution:

  • Coordinate with kitchen, waitstaff, and operations teams to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health standards during events

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate event records, contracts, and client correspondence.
  • Track event budgets and ensure events are executed within budget parameters.
  • Assist with invoicing and payment processing related to event sales.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning and sales, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, event management software, and POS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar sales or event coordinator role within a restaurant, catering, or hotel environment.
  • Familiarity with social media and marketing to promote events.
