About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales team and drive growth across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for off-plan and ready property projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide training to enhance team performance.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure effective CRM utilization.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and property launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business growth plans to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and off-plan sales.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about real estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
