About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of CRM
to lead our Customer Relationship Management function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM strategy within Dubai's real estate market, with a proven track record in managing customer lifecycle, post-sales operations, collections, and client communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the CRM team across all customer touchpoints: reservation, SPA, collections, handover, and after-sales service.
- Monitor and optimize customer journey processes for a seamless experience.
- Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce / Odoo / SAP / Dynamics or similar) to ensure accurate customer data and reporting.
- Build strong communication channels with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams to improve client service.
- Manage customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
- Design and track CRM performance KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations (RERA/DLD).
- Develop automated follow-up systems, payment reminders, and customer retention initiatives.
- Supervise customer documentation, payment schedules, NOCs, handovers, and service requests.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer loyalty and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM within a Real Estate Development company in Dubai
(mandatory). - Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales processes and customer life cycle.
- Familiarity with RERA, DLD procedures, SPAs, Oqood, escrow accounts, handover procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage escalations professionally.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
