About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of CRM
to lead our Customer Relationship Management function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CRM strategy within Dubai's real estate market, with a proven track record in managing customer lifecycle, post-sales operations, collections, and client communication across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer experience, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the CRM team across all customer touchpoints: reservation, SPA, collections, handover, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor and optimize customer journey processes for a seamless experience.
  • Oversee CRM systems (Salesforce / Odoo / SAP / Dynamics or similar) to ensure accurate customer data and reporting.
  • Build strong communication channels with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Projects teams to improve client service.
  • Manage customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Design and track CRM performance KPIs and dashboards.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with company policies and UAE real estate regulations (RERA/DLD).
  • Develop automated follow-up systems, payment reminders, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Supervise customer documentation, payment schedules, NOCs, handovers, and service requests.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive customer loyalty and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in CRM within a Real Estate Development company in Dubai
    (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales processes and customer life cycle.
  • Familiarity with RERA, DLD procedures, SPAs, Oqood, escrow accounts, handover procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage escalations professionally.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
